The renowned Mr Mohit Goel is at the helm of Omaxe Limited, a prestigious Indian real estate corporation.

Mr Mohit, the MD of Omaxe Limited, used his business acumen to revamp the company in a period when the real estate sector had plain demand and low traction. With a detail-oriented and punctilious approach, he steered the focus of Omaxe to mid-income and affordable housing in tier II and tier III cities. He also acquired land that spelt considerable value addition to the company, which led to the reduction of debt and an improved capital structure that increased Omaxe's returns.

Mr Mohit Goel, the North Zone Head of the renowned Youth CREDAI, never fails to impress with his determination to bring about reforms. He has been hosting a series of meetings, events and discussions to inspire the industry's top leaders and influencers.

Mr Goel has been a driving force in the world of startups, having mentored and funded countless entrepreneurs who were featured on the tele series 'The Vault', an initiative of his own. In 2015, he established Supplied, an e-commerce platform for construction materials.

Mr. D.B.R. Srikanta

Secretarial Head & Senior Vice President (Legal)

With an impressive 26 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, Mr D.B.R. Srikanta is an esteemed member of the Omaxe team, serving as the Senior Vice President (Legal). He is responsible for the smooth operation of Legal matters, such as consumer, land & revenue, civil, criminal and arbitration issues, as well as the drafting of contracts and documents.

Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Mr D.B.R.Srikanta, boasts an impressive educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law, as well as a postgraduate degree in Insurance & Risk Management.

For 18 years, Mr D.B.R. Srikanta has been a crucial part of the Omaxe family. His ideas and paperwork have been invaluable to the company, and he has also dedicated much of his time to various Non-Governmental Organizations as a Counsel and board member, offering his services free of charge.

Dr. Ankit Garg

Senior Vice President (Sales and Marketing)

Dr. Ankit Garg is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 23 years of experience out of which 21 years in core real estate.

A Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at OMAXE, a position he has held for more than a decade with the company. Dr. Garg has become a trusted authority in the real estate sector and is an invaluable asset to OMAXE.

He started his career as an executive trainee at Sahara Infrastructure & Housing and has held various positions with reputed organizations.

With a combination of vast experience and qualifications, he is well-equipped to provide sound advice and guidance in the real estate sector, and holds a PhD in Management, a Master's degree in Mathematics and Journalism and Mass Communication, and is an MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accredited professional.

Mr Garg has a successful track record of leading teams to great success, with a particular focus on developing resources to deliver projects within the stipulated timelines and budgets. He is immensely dedicated to his profession and has always striven to put in hard work and energy to exceed expectations. He has a great eye for detail and is a forward-thinking leader with a strong focus on customer service.

With his wealth of experience and qualifications, he has also been an active member of various professional organizations across India and has used his vast knowledge and experience to contribute to the industry.
